      DIANA SYLVESTRE, MD is Executive Director of O.A.S.I.S. A graduate of Harvard Medical School and trained at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston and the Sloan Kettering Institute in New York City, she is currently an Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine at UCSF. A specialist in addiction medicine, Dr. Sylvestre is a leading medical researcher on HCV treatment in addicted patients. She is the 2004 Recipient of the California Society of Addiction Medicine’s Vernelle Fox Award.    
      AMY SMITH, PA -C is the Medical Director of O.A.S.I.S. Formally with our sister site at the Tri-City Health Center in Fremont, CA, she is a graduate of Stanford Foothill Primary Care Program. She has worked with HCV patients for over 8 years.    
      ANDREW V. HANSEN is the Administrative Director the O.A.S.I.S. Clinic. A graduate of the Univesity of California at Berkeley, Boalt Hall School of Law, he was an Associate Editor for the Berkeley Technology Law Journal (1986-1987) and also author of Alcoholism in the Lawyer's Context.    
      LAPHYNE BARRETT, MA is the senior Study Coordinator at the O.A.S.I.S. Clinic. In addition to phlebotomy and vaccinations, she coordinates the daily operation of walk-in services and the clinical trials involving buprenorphine and interferon.    
      ROSA SANCHEZ, MA is the junior Study Coordinator at O.A.S.I.S. Rosa is a graduate of Bryman Medical College. Formerly with the Shuman-Liles Psychiatric Clinic, Rosa has been working with methadone-related issues for over 4 years.    
      BRIDGET SCOTT is the voice of O.A.S.I.S. Working as a medical receptionist for over 15 years, Brigitte fields over 100 calls a day. Her duties include insurance verification, processing of copays, daily reports and workers compensation authorization.    
      LARRY GALINDO is a Marine veteran and is the Director of Volunteer Services at the O.A.S.I.S. Clinic. Larry is the hepatitis C educator and trainer for the O.A.S.I.S. Peer Education Program.    
      TIM MacGINNIS is a Peer Educator in charge of Outreach. As the primary recruiter for O.A.S.I.S.’ clinical trials, Tim is the most visible face of the clinic to the community at large.    
      CHRISTOPHER McNEIL does media production for O.A.S.I.S. His videos include the 4-part, CDC sponsored “Hepatitis C: Get The Facts!” series, “Hepatitis C and African-Americans”, and “Put Your Smack Down”, a video about buprenorphine. He also does graphic design for O.A.S.I.S. educational materials.
